Privacy policy — Branch 15.5 d.o.o.
— complete the marked sections before publication.
1. Who processes your data
The controller of personal data is Branch 15.5 d.o.o., Krndijska 4, Našice, Croatia.
For privacy questions and to exercise your rights, you can contact us at: mario.breskovac@gmail.com.
This policy applies to visitors to our corporate website and people who send us business inquiries. Processing associated with individual products, applications and premises is covered by separate, relevant notices.
2. What data we process
When you send us an inquiry through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide: your name, email address, company name if supplied, area of interest, message content and any attachments.
We use the data to understand your request, respond to your inquiry, prepare an offer and arrange cooperation.
Providing data is voluntary. To respond, we need a valid contact address and sufficient information about your inquiry. Required fields are marked in the form; the company name is optional.
Please do not include sensitive personal data or other people’s data that is unnecessary for your request in your initial inquiry.
3. Legal bases for processing
When you request an offer or other steps towards entering into a contract with you as an individual, we process the necessary data under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
We process general business inquiries and communications with company representatives based on our legitimate interest in responding to requests and establishing business relationships, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, taking your rights and interests into account.
If a legal obligation to retain certain documentation arises, that processing is based on Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
4. Contact form and service providers
The contact form enables you to send an inquiry to our email address. We process the sent message to handle your request.
In this review version, the form prepares a message locally in your browser for info@branch155.com. The message is not sent to the web server; you send it yourself from your email application.
For website hosting we use FastComet, and to receive messages at mario.breskovac@gmail.com we use Gmail, a Google service.
Authorised Branch personnel and technical service providers may access the data to the extent necessary for hosting, transmission, storage and protection of communications. We may disclose data to competent authorities when legally required.
[COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLICATION: check whether an additional form delivery service exists and specify actual data transfers outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards applied and how to obtain information about those safeguards.]
[CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: this review version is available through Lovable; the reference to FastComet comes from the supplied draft and does not confirm the hosting of this version.]
5. Retention period
We retain business inquiries and related communications that did not result in a contractual relationship for no longer than 12 months after the last communication about that inquiry. We then delete the data.
If an inquiry results in a contractual relationship, the necessary documentation is subject to the periods applicable to that relationship and statutory retention obligations, about which we provide appropriate information.
Data needed for a specific dispute or legal claim may be retained separately until it is finally resolved and the applicable legal limitation periods have expired.
6. Cookies and technical logs
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools or marketing tracking of visitors.
Hosting may process technical data necessary to display and secure the website, such as IP address, access time and requested page. Such logs are not cookies.
[COMPLETE BEFORE PUBLICATION: confirm what technical data is actually logged, the purpose and legal basis for processing, and the deletion periods for logs and backups.]
[CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLICATION: the website has no analytics or marketing tracking of its own; cookies used by the hosting and preview providers have not been verified.]
7. Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure and restriction of processing. The right to portability applies when the legal conditions are met.
Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you have the right to object on grounds relating to your particular situation.
Send your request to mario.breskovac@gmail.com. We will respond without undue delay, at the latest within 1 month of receipt. If the complexity or number of requests requires an extension, we will inform you of the reasons within that period; the extension may be no longer than 2 additional months.
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency: https://azop.hr.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our data processing practices change. The current version and the date of the last amendment will be available on this page.
